Before You Reach Out: This tends to work best for founders who are building with a long-term perspective, are interested in growing beyond what their current structure allows and understand that a public listing is a tool that amplifies what is already working, not a solution to underlying problems. It is generally not a fit for founders who are looking for someone to raise capital on their behalf, are focused primarily on near-term liquidity, or are not in a position to execute consistently over time.


One point worth stating clearly before we speak: we do not raise capital. We are not brokers, finders, or investment bankers, and we do not have a pool of investors deploying capital into these opportunities. Our role is to help founders position their companies so that capital can be raised more effectively over time, initially through their own networks, and as traction develops, through appropriate investment banking relationships.


What the Conversation Covers: We will discuss your current position and objectives, whether going public makes sense for your situation, what would need to be true for it to work, which structure and pathway may be appropriate, and what the process would realistically look like in terms of time, cost, and commitment. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that directly. If it may be a fit in the future, we will outline what would need to change first. There is no expectation to move forward, and we do not charge for consultation or strategy sessions until we agree to work together.
