Generally, our fees for advising a company through the process of going public starts at $40,000 plus shares and warrants. Depending on the size and complexity of the transaction, the cost of lawyers, accountants and other expenses associated with the process will bring the total investment to between $40,000 and $200,000 (for a direct public offering). Reverse mergers and initial public offerings cost significantly more.
