You do not need any minimum level of sales, profits or assets to become public. Although we do not recommend it, we have seen some companies go public with just one employee, no revenue, no assets and no profits! You can go public as long as you have a legitimate and viable business. However, you should carefully evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of being public, before making any decision.
