MagnaChip is the former analog and mixed signal semiconductor business of LG, it is also known as being the logic and foundry spinoff of Hynix Semiconductor Inc. MagnaChip plans to raise funds of $152 million by making an offering of 9.5 million ADSs at a price of between $15 to $17.
